Team Registration (Coaches)

Coaches and team leaders, use this section to log in with your team credentials, create and manage squads, assign athletes to events and time slots, and handle payments for your team.

• Log in using your state, team, and team password.
• Create and edit squads of up to five athletes.
• Select disciplines and preferred rotations for each squad.
• View balances and complete secure online payments.

Individual Participant Registration

Athletes who are not registering through a team can sign up here as individual participants. You can register whether or not you are a current USAYESS member.

• USAYESS members can register using their Membership ID for member pricing.
• Non-members can register by providing basic contact info and selecting a category.
• Select your disciplines and preferred time rotations.
• Complete secure payment for your individual entry.

• Coaches: Contact your state director first for team login credentials.
• Individual athletes: Check with your coach to see if your team is already registering.
• Technical issues: If pages don’t load or something looks off, try a different browser first.

Event Squadding (View Only)

View public squadding assignments for active events, including bib numbers, fields, and approximate start times. Great for parents, athletes, and coaches to confirm where to be and when.

• Search by bib number or athlete name.
• See squad times and field numbers.
• Check unsquadded athletes per rotation.

Event Scores (Coming Soon)

A public results portal is coming soon. Once available, you’ll be able to view event scores, leaderboards, and award information directly from this page.

• Division and category rankings.
• Team and individual highlights.
